Expecting a baby girl puts the pink color at the center of your life :)
It is almost impossible to resist all pinky cute baby clothes.
But not only through baby items, pink is filtering into my life from many sides.
So, this week the inspiration comes from pink Cupcake items that I have recently bought.
Have a Cupcake inspired Wednesday !!!

1) Nowadays, I am attending so many prenatal courses 

including childbirth preparation, nutrition, breastfeeding etc.

I am kind of bombarded with information.

Hope that this pink notebook will help me to remember key points.

2) Although I do not like baking, I could not resist the cover of this book :)

    

3) And here comes another Cupcakes book. 

I would like to try baking and decorating Cupcakes with my baby-girl in the future :)

This week, my doctor suggested me to limit the amount of sugar in my daily diet. 
But this does not mean that I will not enjoy looking the pictures of sweet things.
So this week`s inspiration comes from the cookie&candy shop that I discovered in Nice, France.
I should confess that I literally fed myself and my inner child in this amazing shop :)

1) Another tough decision: Colorful cute tin boxes or Colorful Candies ? 

2) In a candy store, everyone is allowed to act like a child. So enjoy !!!

3) As Norwegians say, cookies are made of butter and love :)

This week, the inspiration comes from my passion for opera.
Last Saturday, we went to an outdoor opera event at the Millennium Park in Chicago.
Not only we listened great opera songs but also picnicked, enjoying the last summer nights of Chicago.

1) Jay Pritzker Pavillion at the Millennium Park 

has an amazing sound system that allows you to enjoy Lyric Opera`s performance

wherever you picnic at the park

2) We had everything we needed on the grass to enjoy a great selection of Opera Classics including 

Verdi`s `Va Pansiero` and entire fourth act of Bizet`s `Carmen`

Great food and wine (which I opted out this time due to pregnancy)

3) On our picnic towel, you can see what I am craving for recently:)

Trader Joe`s triple cream cheese, sea salt caramels (sweet and sour but more than yummy) and grapes

Cupcake Cuma

Uzun bir aradan sonra merhaba Cupcake`ler...
Bloga yazmayali tam 22 gun olmus. Twitter ve instagramdan iletisim halinde olsak da yorumlarinizi ozlemisim...
Umarim siz de beni ozlemissinizdir!!!

Son 3 hafta icerisinde sadece is ve ev degil ayni zamanda ulke de degistirince bloga zaman ayiramadim malesef.
Her ne kadar eski sehrim Chicagoya tasinsam da, ev bul yerles, sigorta, vergi islemlerini hallet, yeni ise alis, ders programini sunumlari hazirla derken haftalar gecti.

Sonunda bugun evime internet de bagladim. Evet tamamen ben bagladim:) Eve modemi, kablolari, gerekli bilgileri gonderiyorlar sen hallediyorsun.
Artik bloga yazmamak icin bahanem kalmadi:)

Is yogunlugu nedeniyle eskisi kadar yazamasam da Cupcake Carsamba yazilarini aksatmamaya calisacagim!

Bizim Cupcake adimlarimizla St Tropez`i gezmeye ne dersiniz ?

Nice`den katamaran tekneyle 2, 5 saat suren dalgalarin zaman zaman yuzumuzu islattigi 

eglenceli bir yolculuk sonrasi vardik St Tropez`e.

Biz deniz yoluyla gitmeyi tercih ettik ama istege ve butceye bagli olarak 

otobus, tren hatta helikopter secenekleri de mevcut:)

Tekne ile gittiginizde St Tropez sizi bu manzara ile karsiliyor....

Her St Tropez turu limandan basliyor. Sonrasini siz kendiniz sekillendiriyorsunuz.

Luks tekne ve yatlarin demirledigi, 

milyarder ve unluler rahatsiz olmasin diye yatlarin onunde bodyguardlarin nobet tuttugu bir liman burasi.

Her daim kalabalik ve hareketli.

Turistlerin belki bir unlu gorurum diye yavas yavas yurudugu bir yer :)

Eger isterseniz St Tropez`in people-watch icin en uygun adresi

Cafe de Paris`de mola verip gelen geceni izleyebilirsiniz. 

Ama biz St Tropez`in dar sokaklarinda kaybolmayi tercih ettik :)

Bu dar sokaklarin sonunda sizi bazen bir cikmaz sokak bekliyor...

Ya da bir ornek pembe boyali karsilikli sira sira dizilmis evler...

Bazen de St Tropez`e adini veren Aziz Tropez`in minik bustu cikiyor karsiniza...

Ya da hic beklemediginiz bir anda minik bir krep dukkani karsiliyor sizi :)

St Tropez arada surprizler de yapiyor

ve onlarca butik arasinda arkadasim Lulucumm`un ismi goze carpiyor hemen :)

 Ben en cok hic beklemediginiz anda ara sokaklardan karsimiza cikan kilise ve minik can kulelerini sevdim...

Ve tabiki de mor salkim ciceklerle suslu St Tropez evlerini...

Uzun bir yuruyuz sonrasi biraz aciktik mi ne?

 Pizzeria Bruno tam ihtiyacimiz olan anda karsimiza cikiyor

Vespanizi park edip hemen pizza siparisinizi verebilirsiniz :)

Biberon icinde servis ettikleri baharatli muhtesem lezzetli bir zeytinyaglari var :)

Soframizda biberon olacagi gunleri dusunup gulumseyerek bekliyoruz pizzalarimizi :)

Pizzalarimizi yedik, karnimiz doydu. 

Simdi biraz da St Tropez`in unlu pazarini gezelim.

Solda tabelasinin ustunde sevimli inegin oldugu yer kucuk bir peynirci dukkani.

Biz en cok kocaman tabaklarda sergilenen zeytinleri sevdik...

Ve tabiki de Fransa`da her pazarin vazgecilmezi

rengarenk cicek tezgahlarini...

Pazar turumuz bittikten sonra da St Tropez`e gelmeden cok once aklimiza giren St Tropez`in unlu tatlisini denemek icin sabirsizlaniyorduk: Tarte Tropezienne

Biz denemek icin ismini Tarte Tropezienne`den alan bu sirin cafeyi tercih ettik. 

Tarte Tropezienne ici portakal kremasiyla kapli yuvarlak bir pasta.

Ister butun olarak ister de dilim olarak siparis verebiliyorsunuz.

Biz kocaman pizza sonrasi bir dilim alip paylasmayi tercih ettik Sevgili ile:)

Yemek ve tatlilar yendigine gore geriye yapilacak tek sey kaliyor: yuzmek

Bu da benim `hadi artik plaja gidelim!` pozum:)

Neyseki St Tropez`de bircok sokak denize aciliyor !

Limanin hemen sonunda minik bir plaj var.

Ama biz limandan uzaklasip 10 dk. yuruyerek daha sakin ve kumsali olan bir plaja gitmeyi tercih ettik.

Ve bu berrak muhtesem sularda uzun uzun yuzduk...

Sonrasinda da Cupcake adimlarimizla St Tropez`e veda ettik...
