In life, everything comes as a puzzle.
Sometimes we recognize this, sometimes do not.
Our happiness and success are kind of related to our ability to putting together the pieces of puzzle.
Mondays are usually the important piece of our weekly puzzle.
To overcome Monday syndrome, take it as a piece which will help you to see the bigger picture.

And you can always start putting together the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle to distract from Monday`s stress.
Love doing art puzzles.
I started with the 1500-pieces puzzle of Raphael`s  `The Marriage of the Virgin` painting.
Below is the finished version of my first jigsaw puzzle.
I hang it on my salon wall ;)

Ben özellikle sanat içerikli yapbozları seviyorum.
İlk olarak 1500 parçalık Raphaelin "Bakirenin Düğünü" tablosu ile başladım.
Bitmiş halini aşağıdaki fotoğrafta görebilirsiniz.
Şimdi ise salonumun duvarını süslüyor ;)

Last week, I visited Brera Academy in Milan to see the original painting of Raphael ;)
Here it is: The Marriage of the Virgin (Raphael, completed in 1504).

Food for Friday #ff * Trattoria La Colonna

Thank God it`s Friday !!!

It has been tough but productive week.

Yet, I could not find time to cook at home this week.

So, I am sharing pictures of our typical Milanese dinner at Trattoria La Colonna.

Loved the cozy atmosphere of the place.

Trattoria La Colonna takes its name from the big column on its first floor. 

We were a bunch of people sharing the biggest L table in the Trattoria.

Lively conversations accompanied by yummy Milanese food and great Italian wine !

After a long day full with presentations and discussion sessions, 

those plates were what I needed !

Loved the appetizers. 

And fresh mozarella is as tasty as always...

And here is my favorite food for the night

Raw artichoke served with Parmesan cheese

So yummy like a Cupcake ;)

I cannot think any Italian dinner complete without pasta and/or risotto ;)

Mushroom risotto is a must at Trattoria La Colonna!

The next early morning, I had a meeting so I could not stay until the desert was served.
I missed the chance of enjoying gelato. Hopefully, next time!

This week, my goodies for the St Valentine`s Day inspire me. Here they are!
