Fashion Tea at 5

Last week, I found a lovely package at my mailbox.
It was from my fellow blogger Mary,  Fashion tea at 5.
Cupcake thanks to Mary !!!
As you can easily guess from her blog`s name, Mary loves shopping and tea ;)
Mary lives in Tuscany, Italy.
I like reading her posts on fashion, daily life in Tuscany and travels.
Mary organized a great Christmas/New Year Gift swap among her followers.

The Inspiration T(H)REE

The first Inspiration T(h)ree  of 2012 is composed of our New Year`s Eve table photos.

Each Wednesday -on the 3rd day of week- I share 3 inspirational photos. 

Those might be the photos of food, fashion, people, art or any view from my window... 

My aim is to create an inspiration tree for the week.

Let those photos inspire us to make
- our lives more colorful,
- our week more stress-free,
- our selves more productive, happy and full of love.

Let`s see the world as a big CUPCAKE;)

Cookies * Kurabiyeler

I know that New Year celebrations are over now.
But we have not yet finished up eating our New Year cookies.
Since I started cooking and baking at 30, I picked the practical option: Dr. Oetker ;)
This amazing box included everything that I needed: cookie mix,cookie cutter and decorating icing.
If you follow the pictures, you would see how easy it was.
This was my first baking attempt, I was so excited and could not wait for icing to frozen enough.
If you wait longer, result would be better.
And smell of ginger-cinnamon cookies is worth to try!

Biliyorum, yilbasi kutlamalari sona erdi.
Fakat, biz henuz yilbasi kurabiyelerimizi yemeyi bitirmedik.
Mutfaga ilk kez 30 yasinda girmis birisi olarak ben en pratik yolu sectim: Dr. Oetker ;)
Bu harika kutunun icinde ihtiyacim olan hersey vardi: kurabiye karisimi, camagaci seklinde kurabiye kalibi ve suslemek icin glazur.
Fotograflari takip ederseniz ne kadar kolay oldugunu goreceksiniz.
Ben ilk denemem oldugu icin pek heyecanliydim, glazurun donmasini tam beklemeden suslemeye basladim.
Beklerseniz sonucun daha iyi olacagina eminim.
Inanin, mutfagi saran zencefilli-tarcinli kurabiye kokusu denemeye deger!
Afiyet Cupcake olsun!!!

Celebrating Blue Monday * Pazartesi Sendromu Tedavisi

This is the first Monday of the year 2012.
We have a fresh new year ahead of us.
It is like a blank white page. We are the ones who will fill it.
So think about how you will fill in the blanks???
I would draw Cupcakes on it;)

Bugun 2012nin ilk Pazartesi.
Onumuzde bizi bekleyen taptaze yeni bir yil var.
Yani, bembeyaz bos bir sayfa. Bu bos sayfayi biz dolduracagiz.
Bosluklari nasil dolduracaginizi simdiden dusunmeye baslamalisiniz???
Ben bu bos sayfaya Cupcake resimleri cizmeyi dusunuyorum;)

Let`s celebrate the first Blue Monday with a fresh start.
Have a secret journal or a public blog to share your thoughts and memories.
You can also use it as a personal reminder.

Note to myself: Drink more water this year!
And I just loved Christian Lacroix designed bottles for Evian.

Do not forget to add your to-do-list in 2012.
If you are in 30s, this is the right time to start using an eye cream!

Kendinize ozel hatirlatma servisi olarak da kullanabilirsiniz.

Benim kendime notum: bu yil daha fazla su ic!
Ben Christian Lacroix`in Evian icin tasarladigi su siselerine bayildim.

2012de yapilacak isler listesi hazirlamayi da unutmayin.
Eger 30 olduysaniz, goz kremi kullanmaya baslamanin tam zamani!

Cupcake New Year House

For the New Year, we just decorated a small corner at our house.
If you have not seen my previous post, it is just here.

I admire people who also decorate outside of their homes with twinkling lights.
Loved this Chicagoan house which has a glittered front yard.

You do not need to enter this house to feel the joy and happiness.
It is all there right in front of your eyes. Enjoy;)

And do not forget to share and spread your Cupcake holiday cheer!!!

Cupcake Calendars

I found yummy Cupcake Calendars for 2012;)
Picking my calendar would be tough this year.
I guess, I will pick one of the page-a-day calendars instead of wall calendars.
And of course, it should include lots of recipes with photos ;)
