Each Wednesday -on the 3rd day of week- I share 3 inspirational photos. 

Those might be the photos of food, fashion, people, art or any view from my window... 

My aim is to create an inspiration tree for the week.

We bought a Medieval Market Village set from Lego.  
It is composed of 1601 pieces. Doing lego is a great fun!

Food for Friday #ff

Mommy brought us walnuts from her garden.
I was planning to bake walnut cookies with them.
But in the kitchen my mind usually flows from one recipe to another.
And I always make a recipe up.
So I found myself baking Walnut-Coconut Macaroons ;)

Annecik bize bahcesinden cevizler getirmisti.
Bunlarla, cevizli kurabiye yapmayi dusunuyordum.
Fakat, mutfaktayken aklim bir tariften digerine kayar durur.
Ve her zaman bir tarif uydururum.
Sonunda, kendimi cevizli-hindistancevizli makaron yaparken buldum ;)

Ingredients:
1/3 cup flour, 3 cups shredded coconut, 1/2 cup pounded walnut, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 3/4 cup milk sweetened with 3 Splenda tablets, a pinch of salt.

Malzemeler:
1/3 bardak un, 3 bardak hindistan cevizi, 1/2 bardak dovulmus ceviz, 2 caykasigi vanilya ekstresi, 3/4 bardak 3 Splenda tablet ile tatlandirilmis sut, bir tutam tuz.

Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Stir the flour and salt into a bowl, then add coconut, wallnut and vanilla.
3. Pour the milk on the ingredients, then stir until they are evenly mixed.
4. Drop tablespoonsfulls of the mixture into Cupcake cups.
5. Bake until they are golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Cupcake tip: No sugar is added in this recipe.
I only used 3 Splenda tablets (no calorie sweetener).

Tarif:
1. Firini 180Cye onceden isitin.
2. Unu, tuzu bir kapta karistirin, uzerine hinidstancevizi, cevizi ve vanilyayi ekleyin.
3. Sutu bu karisimin uzerine ekleyin, ve homojen bir karisim elde edene dek karistirin.
4. Bir kasik karisimi Cupcake kaliplarinin icine koyun.
5. Yaklasik 20 dakika, uzerleri altin  rengi olana dek pisirin.

Cupcake noktasi: Bu tarif hic seker icermiyor.
Sadece 3 Splenda (sifir kalori, dogal tatlandirici) tableti kullandim.

I used Cupcake paper cups from IKEA.

Ben IKEA`dan alidigim kagit Cupcake kaliplarini kullandim.

And realized that macaroons taste better in small Cupcake cups ;)

Ve farkettim ki kucuk kaliplardaki makaronlar daha lezzetli oldu ;)

Walnut-Coconut Macaroons are yummy inside & out ;)
