Celebrating Blue Monday * Pazartesi Sendromu Tedavisi

It is one of those Mondays that I wish my only dilemma would be what to cook for tonight.
Sometimes, I miss a simple and ordinary life.
A huge to-do-list is waiting for me this week.
So as usual Monday Syndrome is bitter.
To deal with today`s Monday Syndrome, I suggest you to buy a surprise gift to someone that you know.
Or buy a gift that you have not met yet as my mom just did ;)
My mom bought surprise Cupcake gifts to our Cupcake baby !
As you might guess from the color of Cupcake boxes, it`s a GIRL :)

Keske tek ikilemim aksama ne pisirsem olsaydi dedigim Pazartesilerden biri.
Bazen, basit siradan bir hayati ozluyorum.
Bu hafta beni uzun bir yapilacak isler listesi bekliyor.
Her zamanki gibi Pazartesi Sendromu cok sert.
Bugunku Pazartesi Sendromunu atlatmak icin tanidiginiz birisine surpriz bir hediye almanizi oneriyorum.
Ya da annemin yaptigi gibi henuz tanismadiginiz birisine hediye alin ;)

A big hello, Cupcakes!
I am back from a 3-weeks summer vacation.
One week in Bodrum (Turkey) and then 2 weeks in Nice (France).
Please, stay tuned for the upcoming travel posts :)
It was great at every minute.
But the first Monday Syndrome after a long vacation is usually intense.
So, I will look at my vacation photos and daydream to deal with this week`s Monday Syndrome.
I suggest you to do the same.

Kocaman bir merhaba, Cupcake`ler!
3 haftalik uzun bir yaz tatili sonrasi buradayim.
1 hafta Bodrum, sonrasinda 2 hafta Nice`deydim.
Cupcake seyahat yazilarim icin lutfen beklemede kalin :)
Tatilimin her dakikasi harikaydi.
Ama tatil sonrasi ilk Pazartesi Sendromu cok agir oluyor.
Ben, Pazartesi Sendromunu atlatmak icin tatil fotograflarima bakip hayaller kurmayi dusunuyorum.
Size de aynisini tavsiye ederim.

Whenever I forget to drink water on Mondays, I feel Monday Syndrome more than ever.
Does that happen to you as well?
In the midst of summer, I suggest you to drink more water and get hydrated to overcome Monday Blues.
If you cannot drink water a lot, try to add some flavors such as lemon, lime or mint leaves into your glass !
Now, I am off to peel a lemon ;)

Ne zaman su icmeyi unutsam, Pazartesi Sendromunu daha fazla hissediyorum.
Size de aynisi oluyor mu?
Yazin ortasinda, Pazartesi Sendromuna karsi koyabilmek icin size de bol bol su icmenizi oneriyorum.
Eger cok su icemiyorsaniz, su bardaginizin icine limon dilimleri veya nane yapraklari gibi degisik tatlar eklemeyi deneyebilirsiniz !!!
Simdi, ben izninizle limon dilimlemeye gidiyorum ;)

I know, another Monday in the office or at home is really depressing.
But try to look from the brighter side.
Now, all of us are one week closer to our summer vacation :)
So, let`s continue with our beach shopping to feel Monday Blues less and less.
I will reserve today to browse beach towels.
Maybe I can find a beach towel just reserved for me :)
And if you wanna spoil yourself on the beach, go for the Emilio Pucci one !
If you insist on the practicality, then you should buy those zebra-hide towels which are easy to handle.
And whichever you choose, do not forget to SMILE :)

Biliyorum evde yada ofiste yeni bir Pazartesi gerçekten çok depresif.
Ama bir de iyi tarafından bakmaya çalışalım.
Şimdi hepimiz tatilimize bir hafta daha yakınız değil mi :)
O zaman gelin plaj alışverişimize kaldığımız yerden devam edelim ki Pazartesi Sendromumuz hafiflesin.
Ben bugünümü plaj havlusu seçmek için ayırdım.
Amacım sadece bana ayrılmış bir plaj havlusu bulabilmek :)
Siz kendinizi plajda şımartmak istiyorsanız Emilio Pucci de alabilirsiniz !
Tercihiniz rahatlıkdan yanaysa taşıması kolay olan zebra desenlileri de düşünebilirsiniz.
Seçiminiz hangisi olursa olsun gülümsemeyi unutmayın :)

When sun is shining, it gets difficult to sit inside the office on Mondays.
Nowadays, I feel Monday Syndrome more than ever.
The best thing to beat the Monday Syndrome is to start daydreaming on our next summer vacation.
I close my eyes and imagine myself on the beach.
And realize that I need a huge beach bag to put all my stuff in.
Something big enough for my sunglasses, sun cream, ipod, water bottle, fruits, towel, books & magazines etc...
This week, I will survive Monday Blues browsing beach bags :)
Which one to choose ???

Gunes parlarken, Pazartesileri kapali ofiste oturmak daha da zorlasiyor.
Son gunlerde, Pazartesi Sendromunu daha cok hissediyorum.
Sanirim, Pazartesi Sendromunu atlatmanin en iyi yolu yaklasmakta olan yaz tatilinin hayalini kurmak.
Gozlerimi kapatip kendimi plajda hayal ediyorum.
Ve farkediyorum ki tum esyalarimi alabilecek kocaman bir plaj cantasina ihtiyacim var.
Gunes gozlukleri, gunes kremi, ipod, su sisesi, meyva, havlu, kitap ve dergilerin sigabilecegi turden bir canta...
Bu hafta, Pazartesi Sendromunu plaj cantasi arayarak tedavi edecegim :)

When the sun is shining, we usually feel Monday Blues less.
At least, now we do have a chance to eat our lunch outdoors. Don`t we???
So, this week choose a hat and purse in Spring Colors to overcome Monday Syndrome.
